Donations of $10 per screening are welcome from those who are able to contribute.

mobility
MOBILITY

Folks are more than welcome sit in the lobby if standing in line is an issue.  Mobility seating can be found in the front of the theater.

SERVICE ANIMALS

There is a section for service animals on the theater mezzanine, all audience members with animals should sit here. ONLY Fragrance-Free people who are chemically injured and have animals that are hypoallergenic, may sit in the Fragrance-Free seating section.

WHEELCHAIR

The lobby and theater are wheelchair accessible, so are the all genders bathrooms. There is an elevator to reach the mezzanine, while other areas can be reached from the lobby.

DEAF & HARD-OF-HEARING

All films have open captions and subtitles.

ASL INTERPRETERS

During the Film Festival, ASL Interpreters will be available in the lobby and in the theater.

EMERGENCY LIGHTS

These lights make sounds but do NOT flash. Ushers and ASL interpreters are briefed on emergency procedures for Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing audience members.

EMF SAFETY

There are LEDs in the hallway, lobby and seating area of the theater, fluorescent lights in the bathrooms and work lights on stage and in the studio. The entire building has wi-fi. We ask that audience members do not use their phones except for urgent matters.

CRISIS COUNSELORS

Any audience members who experience intense emotional reactions (triggering, distress, anxiety, panic) to film content, events and/or environmental factors at the Film Festival can go to the Front Desk to be connected to Crisis Counselors, who will be available at all screenings and events.

scent_free
FRANGRANCE-FREE

Please do NOT wear, bathe, use hair care items or wash clothing with products containing “Fragrance” (as marked on the label). It will make someone else sick and force them to leave the theater.

The Queer Women of Color Film Festival:
  • RESPECTFULLY REQUESTS that all audience members, volunteers, partners and community members AVOID scented-products, and REFRAIN from wearing, bathing with, using on their bodies or washing their clothing with products that have fragrance as marked on the label.
  • OFFERS SCENT-FREE seating
  • WORKS with our venue to use fragrance free, non-toxic cleaning products and other supplies, and avoid scented products

CHILDCARE

FREE childcare is provided during the Film Festival. Please register your child(ren) by June 12 so that we can accommodate your child care needs.

All genders are welcome in our wheelchair accessible bathrooms.
