QWOCMAP relies on the generosity, skill and talent of our fierce volunteers. Volunteer opportunities include helping out at our annual Queer Women of Color Film Festival, administrative support, graphic design, event promotion and many other fun and fantastic activities.

Volunteering for QWOCMAP is an amazing experience! I loved working in
solidarity with such a beautiful, passionate, dedicated,
social-justice oriented collective of people. It's a whole weekend of
laughter, meeting super-hot women, connecting with old friends and
allies, making friends, flirting, being flirted with, and serving your
community in positive, radical ways. The organizers and generous and
accessible, they constantly celebrate you for your work and
commitment. The patrons will make you feel like you are the most
gorgeous person in existance. The films are amazing. The energy is
ecstatic. With QWOCMAP, hard work is a very, very sexy experience!
