Building community is a core value of QWOCMAP. Since 2003,
our Community Partners have been an important part of our
Queer Women of Color Film Festival. We partner together to
address issues relevant to our communities, from immigrants
rights to the power of art. Our partnerships not only deepen
our connections to each other, they deepen our connections to
you. Without our amazing Community Partners QWOCMAP could not
accomplish what we do to serve you!
QWOCMAP and our
Community Partners are committed to economic justice and have
worked hard to continue to offer the Film Festival FREE to the
community. You’ll see them at the Brava Theater serving food
and drinks, offering information about their organizations,
and welcoming YOU to our 5th annual Queer Women of Color Film
Festival.
