Distribution

QWOCMAP Films educate audiences and connect queer women of color communities around the world.

Our Distribution Program offers custom curatorial services to universities, film festivals, arts groups and community organizations. QWOCMAP can curate different screening from our archive of over 200 films to explore themes including health and healing, immigration, race & class, gender & sexuality, art & artists.

We also offer Reels of Resistance, a presentation that shares QWOCMAP's strategic approaches to art as cultural resistance and cultural renewal for LGBTQ communities of color.

Our Distribution Program offers individual films for purchase as well DVDs of our curated programs.

Later in 2011, we will release our Multiple Borders DVD & Study Guide, which explores issues of immigration for queer women of color from an intersectional perspective. QWOCMAP will also release Igniting the Intersections DVD & Study Guide, which examines issues of gender & gender identity, and sex, sexism & sexuality for LGBTQ People of Color.

Starting in 2012, our Distribution Program will offer community convenings in various locations throughout California and the U.S.
